Our History

Designer’s Choice Delivery was established in 1989 due to a demand for high quality service delivery and installation. In 2000, the company incorporated as Designer’s Choice Delivery & Installation, Inc. Business referrals from satisfied customers helped the company grow. More business came in from showrooms, interior designers, office designers, and model home designers as they heard about the quality of service DCD offered.

We are always looking ahead and planning for change. As the design industry marches ahead, we look forward to meeting your needs, growing with you, and being a part of your success!

 

David Mulchay

David
The son of an Interior Designer, David began making furniture deliveries out of the back of his pick up truck in 1987. From the beginning, David always demonstrated a high level of professionalism and customer service. As his reputation and client list began to grow, so did his business. In 1989 David started Designer’s Choice Delivery and is still the driving force behind DCD.

 

Loyd Hembree

Loyd
In 1990, during a period of growth, Loyd joined the company as Field Superintendent. He started off in the field gaining first hand experience and learning the tricks of the trade. That experience now allows him to manage and schedule clients knowing how to give the highest quality experience. Together, both Loyd and David grew the company.
